I've stayed up so late catching up with all the threads that i want to catch up with that i've got really hungry & had a to have a bowl of Oatibix Sultana & Apple.
Healthier & more tasty than Weetabix, but it's moreish!

Back on the regime tomorrow, so i might have two bowls whilst i'm still allowed.
It always seems a bit boring somehow when you come home from the big meet. I'm not long for my bed now, but i bet it'll take me ages to drop off. I was the same last year.

If you have trouble sleeping you should lie on the very edge of your bed....you'll soon drop off. <groan>

    I'm awake!

I've been going through some of my old UKGold tapes this evening, taping any interesting bits to DVD so I can junk the videos. I might actually offer them up here, although some of them are available on DVD so probably totally superfluous.

Damn. Having had a very early start & not much sleep over the weekend, I fell asleep at 7pm earlier this evening, and only woke up about an hour ago, so now my body clock's knackered.

It might be a long night for me .
Feeling knackered I fell asleep from 8-9:30 (pm); woke up needing the loo, and now being absolutely knackered, I can't get to sleep.
    Bugger.

Body clock's gone haywire now... doesn't help that I've worked eight days in a row either... will be seeing my doctor later on, trust me to get run down near Christmas.
