I'm off to bed as I'm up early in the morning for a 8am start as getting some exercise on a hike on the first tranche of the West Highland Way - about four hours walking in all - so I'll be back home with a good appetite for my lunch - catch u all tommorow

I've had a few late nate lock-ins again just lately, so i slept really late for the past couple of days after burning the candle at both ends, so i've ended up on a bit of a night owls shift again.
It'll probably take me a few days to work back round to my usual 2am bedtime. It's probably gonna be about 4.30am tonight. I've got a few 'Family Guy' eps to finish off.

2am/2.30 suits me for crashing out. Then i'm usually up & about for about 10am. I don't like to miss too much of the day. I've not been getting up until 11am/11.30 for the last couple of days, which is a bit too late for me, as it takes me an hour or so to get into gear. (such as it is)

I keep imagining Wayne sat at his computer with a cigar in one hand & a bottle of bubbly in t'other.
