Ah no! I reckon they deliberately find people with brokeen Eeeenglish to make it seem more ethnic. It is totally naff. They look like they're reading phonetically spelled English off the auto-cue.
Mind you, I've got about eight words of foreign so I can hardly comment!
Missed it this year. How did England do?Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

I fear the worst- after only seeing a handful of the acts in between the breaks in CSI:NY on Saturday (the Greek not-so-much-a-boy-band-as-a-middle-aged-man band, the "bless her" blonde Ukrainian girl belting it out for all she was worth and one or two others), I woke up with the French entry on the brain this morning. Must have been all those gyrating bottoms etching it on my memory. And Morena Baccarin's younger sister is at least easy on the eye.

I think it might be worth noting that whilst everyone can bemoan block voting until the cows come home, Australia's televote had the top three as Turkey, Greece and Germany, with the Royaume Uni 23rd...
