Planet Skaro's Song For Europe ...
I know the countdown to Eurovision has already begun. I've noticed on Facebook some people have already started to plan their party.
But what is Planet Skaros favourite European song?
I've picked out several catchy classics, and included some links in case you need your memory jogging.
Which one gets your vote? Multiple votes are allowed.
Bands used could be previous Eurovision song entrants, but not winners.

Sweden should have been represented by Carola and her mighty key change.

I was trying as much as possible to choose songs which were reasonably instantly recognisable. I'll have to look her up when I get home.
Of course the chink in my armour was "instantly recognisable ... if you're my age"! There's probably a mighty representation of 80s music there.
On the plus side, at least France was not represented by Joe le Taxi, and Italy by Boy Boys Boys. Bet they're breathing a huge sigh of relief over that.Remember, just because Davros is dead doesn't mean the Dalek menace has been contained ......

From this selection, it has to be the Swedish entry with The Final Countdown.

It's a shame it has to be Bjork's most un-Bjork song ever.
I meant to vote for 99 Red Balloons but clicked the wrong button.
Can we do another round with England and Ireland at some point?Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

And in any case, Ireland would only keep winning five years out of every seven!
