    Default Downloading YouTube videos ...

    I've noticed this last week there used to be ways to download videos which were on YouTube - very useful as it allows me to download vid clips to my phone to play on the train.

    However this week, non of those ways seem to be working since the player has been upgraded.
    Remember, just because Davros is dead doesn't mean the Dalek menace has been contained ......

    There are lots of Firefox extensions for this. I've used "1-Click YouTube Video Download 1.3" and "Video DownloadHelper 4.7.2" for a while and both worked a moment ago on a random clip.
    Dennis, Francois, Melba and Smasher are competing to see who can wine and dine Lola Whitecastle and win the contract to write her memoirs. Can Dennis learn how to be charming? Can Francois concentrate on anything else when food is on the table? Will Smasher keep his temper under control?

    If only the 28th century didn't keep popping up to get in Dennis's way...

    I've found that if I try to download Youtube videos from Firefox I get an error message about security technology and whatnot.

    But if I download them through IE instead then it works fine.
    For every fail, there is an equal and opposite win.

    ...Oh, who am I kidding?
