very true, but also a bit unexpected as I think quite a few people had a feeling it would be one of the last stories to be released. just looked up to see if Tony Beckley (Harrison chase), is still alive and sadly he died a few years after Seeds was made in 1980.

12 years after the first Who DVD appeared... wow, that's a long time.

Perhaps they could get John Challis for the DVD commentary or a special feature. I met him once and he told me he used to have one of the guns he used in the story.

A bit off topic but did the video release have a inlayer and if so what was it? Mine doesn't have one and I don't think I've ever seen a copy with one. I met some people once who said The Twin Dilemma was the only video not to have an inlayer but I also mentioned Doom. (Coincidentally, Seymour Green is in both serials.)

No, I don't think there were any notes printed on the inside sleeve of the Seeds of Doom VHS release. But they started doing that soon after, possibly with the Key To Time stories.

That sounds about right. They had free postcards with the videos around that time as well, didn't they? You could assemble six of them to get the cover of 'Carnival of Monsters'. Again.
