Trial and anonymity
Given the total disaster that is being accused of crimes such as rape or murder, why are those accused allowed to be publicly named before they even come to trial? Even if found not guilty, the accusation stays like a stain on their record forever. Has anyone seen John Leslie lately...?

agreed, I've always felt it's unfare that a man gets named in rape trials yet the woman can hide behind annoymity . Even when a woman has lied about being raped and is publicaly named the damage done to her is no where near that to what is done to any innocent man.
