So glad I mowed both gardens of the house two days ago!

Just back from a 4 day County Cub camp ( sussex100- look for it online)

Weather forecast wasn't right on any single day - laughed at how many people were looking at their mobile apps which said it wouldn't rain on Saturday, while it was pouring down !

Checked XCWeather.co.uk who seem to be quite good and this Sunday afternoon... temperature back up to 21c!

    Well we'll see!

Three people melted in Hertford today. And there's mass panic in Wales, where it had been raining since 1922.

I suspect that another largely sleepless night is on the way tonight.

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

Last night was awful - I got to sleep after 1am and have been tired all day

I'm looking forward to a good night's sleep tonight!

And the country has ground to a halt with all this bad weather...or has it?

We got nothing but a light dusting of snow over night, then more in the am but it's all gone. Nothing substantial.

The country doesn't need bad weather to grind to a halt! Anything will do...

It's quite snowy today. I didn't make it to work- this is a first, since before I could always walk... now I'm not prepared to walk the 20 odd miles!

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

Hello! It has been a long time since this was active. Currently in Merseyside snow is trying to fall. More obvious snowflake size than rain. But hasn't gotten to the stage of all over constantly of rain.
I think it still might be too warm to stick. We had minus figures temperatures last night. So if the snow keeps falling, it'll probably be brief. It's still too warm even though it's cold if you get me?
If you are covered in snow then you can let this forum know. Apparently around sunset it's going to intensify.
Hope Doctor Who is being filmed indoors! And still unhappy beyond words the remake of Salem's Lot has been pulled from release in Movie schedules. I suppose it'll never be good now.
So what's the weather like by you? And sorry not been in touch. The cold really does a number on my hearing abilities.

A cricket match in Durham was snowed off in May about 25 years ago; and I've personally experienced hail at Lords in June. Whoever invented British weather ought to be locked up!

Things are more settled. Just grey. Odd cluster of wind. A couple of snow days but that's it.
Thinking this Summer will be brutal for the other extreme temperature.

Meaning warm, wet or both. So hard to tell with our weather...
