Mobile web browsing ...

I tend to browse this site and others using my Nokia mobile whilst on the phone.

I get so much monthly internet allowance. One thing I'd like to be able to turn off is picture loading (such as the banner), which eats up bandwidth / makes pages slow downloading.

I've used Opera mobile phone browser, which does a better job, but it's a little unreliable (I find I lose replies and twits sometimes).

Any hints / apps to suggest?

Hiya here is the process for my Nokia 5800.

With the web page open, go to;

Options >> Settings >> Page >> Load Content >> Text Only
