Default 'Noah Wyle has Doctor Who scarf' (or 'Another Digital Spy non-story')

    According to Digital Spy:

Noah Wyle has revealed that he is a fan of Doctor Who.

The actor - who played Dr John Carter on NBC medical drama E.R. for 15 years - told io9 that his mother had knitted him a long scarf when he was a child, resembling the one worn by the Fourth Doctor, Tom Baker.

"I still have [the scarf]," he laughed.

Wyle suggested that he would pass the scarf down to his 7-year old son when he was old enough to watch the BBC science-fiction series.

"He's not quite hip to Doctor Who yet," he explained. "I'm waiting, he's almost ready."

Wyle will next been seen in TNT alien invasion drama Falling Skies.
I'm posting this simply because, in my younger years, people noted that I resembled Mr Wyle.

Here's a picture of me at an ER theme party:

    No, honestly...

Good grief! That's a shocking resemblance!

Hip? What's hip about Who? Quick, get him copies of 'Greatest Show In The Galaxy', 'Attack of The Cybermen' and 'The Mutants', three of the hippest shows in the series' history. He'll love 'em, but they won't make him cool.
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!
