Who should Tom Baker's Big Finish companion be?
We've all heard the rumours that Uncle Tom is finally going to do some Big Finish plays but who would you like to see accompany him on his adventures?
Sarah Jane - reuniting the classic Tom'n'Lis team after all these years? Sadly, Harry is no longer with us.
Leela - a spot of the old gothic or some 70s slapstick.
Romana I - there is potentially a long time between the end of season 16 and her regeneration at the start of 17.
Romana II - would be nice but politically difficult.
Adric - seriously?
Mike Yates - carrying him over from the BBC audios.
K9 - just Tom and John Leeson having dropped Leela/Romana off for the obligatory graphology course.
No companion - let the old bugger talk to himself like he did in Deadly Assassin
A brand new Big Finish companion - probably a girl a quarter of Tom's age.Dennis, Francois, Melba and Smasher are competing to see who can wine and dine Lola Whitecastle and win the contract to write her memoirs. Can Dennis learn how to be charming? Can Francois concentrate on anything else when food is on the table? Will Smasher keep his temper under control?
If only the 28th century didn't keep popping up to get in Dennis's way...

I voted for Romana I - she's my favourite companion anyway, but I don't feel that she really got enough screentime with the Fourth Doctor before regenerating into Lalla Ward. It'd be nice to hear some more adventures with her and Tom

I voted for Tom and Mary, largely based on how well they got on doing the Key to Time commentaries. You could tell that they genuinely like each other and that's the sort of thing we want in the series.

Romana II. The 20th anniversary special put it best- She and the Doctor were the perfect team.
Obviously it won't happen, but I can still dream.
