Rest assured that we'll keep requesting songs - so much it'll become the PlanetSkaro request show!

I felt like a star last night after all the mentions (and thanks Phil for my dedication!)

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

Blackstar by David Bowie (the track). It's awesome. There's so much within it. I love the bit in the middle where the whole song changes and becomes something a little more mellow and soulful and then goes into a Diamond Dogs era sax bit. Glorious!

Oh god yeah, they were never as good after he left. Though I do have a soft spot for Pat Quid's solo album.

Just to say that on Sunday I'd have reached a rather special milestone - one year of my radio show on Coast1079! As the majority of the interactions come from you lot I'd just like to thank you for your continued support (and exceptionally good song requests!!) - I couldn't do it without you guys. Cheers! :-)

Oh and don't forget to tune in this Sunday :-)

Yes, happy anniversary & nice going. I trust Teenage Kicks will be on this Sunday?

It has nothing to do with me learning to play it on the guitar obviously.

I'm listening to three or four Australians talk about the whole of Doctor Who. Well, they've got as far as Full Circle so far but no sign of stopping. It's really great, listenable and not over-long like some podcasts I could mention. I've probably overdosed though because my internal monologue now has the phrase "That's really terrible" in a strong Oz accent going round and round, plus I've heard Brendan say the word "Bondfinger" more times than is healthy.

Would that be "our" Brendan by any chance...?
