My dad decided not to wake me up when he should have, giving me 15mins to get ready for work.
I'm at work, doing a split shift today (9-1 at one library, 4-8 at another).
But it gives me the weekend free, so it's worth it.

@Andrew
Good morning everyone
How are we all this morning? It's cold and wet and stormy here and I've just remembered I've got a Writer's Group Event at lunchtime, so since I'm going to be reading out some of my work (Not the Soap of Fatal Death alas) I think maybe I'd better wear a shirt today.

I didn't wear a shirt in the end.
I'm a bit more cheerful this morning, which is probably a blessing for everyone. Very tired, but I'm only doing a half day today as I'm meeeting up with my good friend Gareth this afternoon as he's down here for his wife's Christmas Do.

Good morning everyone.
This is early for me these days! I'm working on getting my body clock back to something approaching reasonable.

Poor Paul! Quite ironically, because it was the school's Christmas Production last night, which meant a late bedtime for Little Miss, I had my first Saturday lie-in this morning since... well, since the Millenium I think!! I've not even shaved yet (ooh the scandal!)

Morning everyone
How are you all? I'm back in the old routine after what seems like weeks. Steve is back at work today after a week off with the flu and although I don't have much voice I'm feeling better too and so here I am, up with the larks again!

Not a problem for me...I went to bed at 12.30 and struggled to get up at 7.30....so slept on to 8.00 but I reckon I could have made it 9.00 easily
