Default Up With the Larks: The Morning Birds thread

    Good morning!

There are some of us who are always around for the early morning pre-work hours between 6 and 9am. This is our thread!

Come in and say hello before your day begins!

Good morning Si - the more things change, the more they stay the same. And here we larks are again, hurrah! How are you this (Andrew peeks out the window) very bright but cloudy day?

    Good morning!

It's bright here too, or at least it probably will be later on when the cloud has blown over!

I'm fine this morning and enjoying the new shiny place... hasn't everyone made it untidy?!

    Have a good day!

I'm sat nervously in front of the PC waiting for the Genesis pre-sale to begin... it's like Christmas morning

How come you get the pre-sale, Pip?

And can you order me three tickets for twickenham plase?

Because I'm a member of the Genesis forum - all registered members get pre-sale access. Tickets are 55-65, so I simply can't afford to order you three tickets I'm afraid... if you want the link, I suggest you head to the Genesis forum immediately & sign up!

Thanks Pip! I was only joking, but thanks for the tip off!

It's certainly worth a try registering and pre-ordering before the rush.

my Mum's getting me and Teresa our tickets! (it's not as harsh as it sounds... my Mum's coming with, too!)

I'm up this early, because one of the many university cleaners decided to come into our staircase at 9am this morning, and yell "VERA!!!!", which is the name of the cleaner who does our staircase, and woke me. grrr.

    Good morning everyone!

How are we all today? It's pouring with rain here and it's grey and horrid, but I'm wearing stripes so I'm feeling cheerful!

I won't be in a couple of minutes when I go out into the rain!

Is Andrew feeling better this morning? Will your toilet be fixed? Hope the back pain passes soon too.

    In order

    Don't forget your umbrella

Yes he's back at work today, pounding down to a dull ache

Not yet but it had better be done today or i'm going to the plumbers house to c**p on his lawn

It's easing off now thanks, we are getting a memory foam mattress pad for me.

In case anybody was wondering, the toilet WAS fixed on Tuesday morning, and Zel DIDN'T go round and, well yes quite, on the plumber's lawn.

Wild & windy weather-wise this morning, and it's not just my Castrovalva-fixation that makes me point out that the sky is currently a sort of pinkish-grey. I think there's rain on the way!

I'm very well thanks! It's my sister's 30th birthday today which is nice. I can tell her she's officially old now, like she did to me the other year!

    Good morning Andrew

How are you this Monday? It's cold and grey here and I'm wondering if my brown clothes are a mistake today. This jumper is a bit tight... I'm going to have to lose some of my belly I think!

Got any plans for this week?
