    I got a 1TB external hard drive, a USB video capture device so I can transfer my DR VHS collection onto DVD, a new scarf, a nintendo DS game & £55 cash along with some small silly gifts.

    Well to rub your noses in it - twas a lovely warm day in NZ. But cos karma's a bitch, our trip to the beach in the afternoon caused us to get drenched in a freak wave ... an no we'd not thought about taking a change of clothes or a towel.

    Was a good day though - our last Christmases have felt less overkill on everything, but much more fun and "special".

    For me I've ended up with Being Human on DVD, a book on Expressionism painting and a couple of Warhammer 40k tanks for my army.
    Remember, just because Davros is dead doesn't mean the Dalek menace has been contained ......
