    Default Patrick Troughton Biography by Michael Troughton

    Hirst Books (who've published Anneke Wills and Matthew Waterhouse's autobiographies among other stuff) have announced they'll be releasing a biography of Patrick Troughton later this year, written by his son Michael. Should be an interesting read.

    Michael Troughton was more impressed by his "girlfriend" kissing him in the back garden than by the first broadcast of Power of the Daleks:1. Here's a hint, Mr. Troughton: eleven year olds do not have actual girlfriends. What you and Vicky had was "puppy love". If it was a choice between Doctor Who and kissing a little girl in a pretty dress, who would probably dump me for some chocolate in a second, I'd choose Doctor Who.
