    That's not a lot!

It's amazing that after years of feeling like we're getting nothing but rubbish stories to get them "out of the way", we're STILL left with mostly shit ones.

It's like they've managed to spread out all the least-good stories so it appears as if the WHOLE of Doctor Who is rubbish - quite a feat.

I would imagine a Vengeance On Varos special edition can be safely added to that list!

The Mind of Evil, The Daemons, Terror of The Zygons and even Greatest Show In The Galaxy are all pretty damn fine stories. The rest are all enjoyable if you're in the mood!

I just read on Twitter that "Varos" has been dropped from the Revisitation schedule!

Apparently the Varos decision could be reversed if there is a wave of protest.

PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BE STUPID.

well one fans shit is another fans gold.. personaly I think 2/entertain have done a pretty decent job in their release scheduals and have for the most got the balance of popular and unpopular stories released each year just about right. It now looks pretty certain that next year will see all the complete stories released on DVD, and looking at that remaining list apart from The Android Invaision, I like all those stories.

Well there's only about a quarter of that list at the absolute most that I'd say are at least not without some merit IMHO.

Of course, we can add The Curse of Fatal Death to that list...

Well we need an official BBC apology and retraction of its official status, and a shamed omission that they lied to us that week they were pretending it was proper Doctor Who. Maybe they can blame it on a leak of noxious fumes at BBC Worldwide.

Although Scream of the Shalka was intended to be an official continuation of the television series that had ended in 1989, as well as the 1996 television movie, the revival of the program in 2005 relegated it, and its Doctor, to unofficial status.
    Wikipedia has spoken.

And further, RTD apparently said about Richard E Grant in DWM -
I thought he was terrible. I thought he took the money and ran, to be honest. It was a lazy performance. He was never on our list to play the Doctor.

Quite right too. He was dreadful.

41 years it took and it seemed like the part was actor-proof. Then he came along.

Lazy performance vs Lazy Writing, who'd win in a fight? You decide...

I have to say of all those stories, the Happiness Patrol is probably the one I'm most looking forward to seeing again - though I may regret these words on reseeing it.
Remember, just because Davros is dead doesn't mean the Dalek menace has been contained ......
