Dominic Glynn really was the best incidental music composer of late 80s Who.

I so want to agree with that as I love every score that he did, but I equally love every score that Mark Ayres did!
I think I like Mark's style better as it's more like the kind of thing that i would do but I think Dominic's stories scores all sound very different from each other where as elements of Ghost light and Fenric do sound similar!
Oh God it's the random thread, quick think of something random....err......

Was Elisabeth Sladen paid tribute in last year's BAFTAs? She seemed to have been missed off the "Those we have lost" tribute from this years.

She would've been due for a mention on last year's TV BAFTAs as she died a few weeks before but I seem to recall some anger from many fans that neither she or Nick Courtney got a mention.
I loved the way during last night's obituary reel they combined the mentions of David Croft and Philip Madoc using the same clip from Dad's Army.

There are far too many Crocs in that photo - and I'm not referring to 'old' ones!

You could right a thesis on the footwear going on there. Which is worse, Tom's pink socks or Colin's cheap plastic shoes, the sort you find stuffed in a bin on Walton pier?

It's amazing, when you think about it... we've got more Doctors alive right now than we have at any other time during the show.
It'd be absolutely marvellous if someone could get all Eight surviving Doctors together on stage. Still, it's a bloody miracle that someone managed to get Tom on stage with any of the others!

Agreed; I especially love what he did with the middle 8!
I also like the way once it picks up the pace that the shortened version of the melody just loops round and round with the last note of each bit being the first note of the next bit - I know what I mean if nobody else does!!!
