Fear of the Dark gets my vote because it's very good in a minimalistic way.

Not what Paul says!
Fear of The Dark looks drab to me, Davison's head should be larger and more central, plus the skull looks like it's in the wrong place.
The gaudy Millenium Shock for me!Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

I've gone for Psi-Ence Fiction based on finding System Shock too garish & Fear of the Dark is boring & the skull doesn't line up properly.

I seem to recall seeing Fear of the Dark in a shop, and it actually looks a lot poorer 'in the flesh' than on a photograph as seen above; so that's out. Pscience Fiction is out on the grounds of having no 'Who' element on it; so although it's a fairly naff cut & paste 'Tom and big snake' affair, it's another vote for Millenium Shock. Although I agree, it is rather garish!

*snigger*
They're all pretty good, without being particularly spectacular, and, although I was tempted to go for 'Millennium Shock', mainly because of its use of that iconic Tom picture, I found the 'Psi-Ence Fiction' cover the most intriguing and eye-catching of the lot.
