What, surely Steve isn't adlibbing?!! He'll be after a talking cabbage to sit on his shoulder next...

What? I'm sure the Buffy line was in my script! I don't understand!
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

Well to be fair I really wish I had written that line as it was by far and away my favourite of the ad-libs

Oh and I was glad that we ended up with a Transformers duvet (I originally wrote X Files before someone else changed it to X Factor)...

I hope the "Taking Rob Up The Canal" was not a step too far?

Ditto to the last two comments.

Loved all your lines Dave, to which Si deserves a fair credit as he created the character and came to my rescue when I struggled to make Ben funny and camp enough in my first draft!

I think we might be due to have the cast list soon!

""when I struggled to make Ben funny and camp enough in my first draft! ""

I really have to delve into the depths of my ability to try and play camp. It's so far from my normal persona. Such a challenge!

Excellent stuff - I really enjoyed that. I did notice the new Emma voice (but only because its the same voice that I quite fancied from Once Upon A Time lord)!!!

I also love the cover. Si Hart's Gordane looks like one of those Eric Morcombe/Ronnie Barker type of costumes where everything looks really great but no matter what the 'look' is there's always the iconic glasses in there!

It's also our first cover to feature TWO Dave Taylors!

As it's come up elsewhere just to say I added Charley to the list of the Doctor's companions quite deliberately... one day there may be an explanation.
I'm glad the reference to all the Doctors having had her wasn't intended as an innuendo though
