Miranda Comic

Whilst clearing out the loft I came across a whole stash of comics and graphic novels that I thought were lost ages ago. In amongst them was a copy of Miranda #1 the first issue in a comics series by Lance Parkin and Allan Bednar based on a character in a BBC Doctor Who book. And it had been signed by Parkin and Bednar.
The thing is, I've no idea how I got this. It came out in 2003, can anyone jog my memory as to what I might have been doing in that year?

No. I've never been to a signing at Tenth Planet. I don't remember ever buying this at a signing. In fact I've no memory of buying it at all.

Someone is selling the 3 issues that were printed on ebay with a buy it now of £100. They've got to be kidding right?

Blimey! They are quite rare and a something of a collector's item but I wouldn't be prepared to pay £33.33 per issue!

Mind you he also had some bids on it as well. Last time looked they were at £3.40 so I think he may have been a tad optimistic.
