The highlight of visiting Tammpax's website is the news that she has just recorded a sitcom pilot with LINDA ROBSON!

Praise be, she might be the new Lesley Joseph!

AND an autobiography, maybe to rival "Who Put The Sin In Sinitta?" called "Who Put It In Tamm?"

Well maybe the title's not accurate.

I guess I'll end up keeping my R1 copy, bound to be some differences in commentaries, I'd guess.

well six stories released in one hit can't be bad I just hope each story comes in it's own individual case as it looks so much better on the shelf.

The space this will make will be amazing! We'll be able to get a pet or an immigrant lodger with the extra space this'll free up.

So there is light in this grey world.

This and the "Time Warrior" more than make up for the rest of the year's bollocky releases.

I wonder now if this will be released in the US as a "Deluxe Edition" or something... I really don't know if I would bother if they did...

According to Steve Manfred it will be - they will withdraw the current set and replace it with the new set whenever it's released over here.

There's some old tosh in the Key To Time Season, but the boxset will be worth it for Ribos Operation and Androids of Tara alone.

And The Pirate Planet and The Stones of Blood.

Edited to Add: Will the last two stories get a similarly effusive post?

The season does tail off at the end with Kroll and Armageddon stinking of old feet but the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts or something.

Now we can all look forward to the day the DVDs are delivered, and we can turn to our partners with our eyes rolling madly, and announce: "I possess the Key To Time".

Does "dodgy Tom Baker impersonations" come under the heading of "irreconcilable differences" or "insanity"?

I don't know what the question means, but Zel seems to want to know for some form she's filling in.

Interesting quote from Steve Roberts about this.....
Everything that was on the R1 will also be included on the R2...

The original BBC Video covers for these featured some superb artwork - the layouts weren't perfect, but the actual art was fabby.

Back in the day, 6 releases in 1 month would have got Alastair Pearson and Colin Howard scribbling like mad!
