That sounds rather good. Better than the original release, I hope!

Good stuff! Love that cover! You can kind of see Sil's point about Peri

That cover's a lot better! I assume it's another Lee Binding one!

Also, I wish Saward HAD asked Harold Pinter to write a Doctor Who story, too! Whether or not he'd have done it is another matter... and if he had, whether or not it'd have been any good would be another matter too!

I recently heard a rumour this may come out in a Revisitations 4 set with The Aztecs and The Claws of Axos (of which Katy Manning has filmed a new special feature) but who knows?

I'd heard that rumour too, but seeing this previewed in the new DWM makes it seem unlikely that the set is happening. Maybe they have other plans for the other two stories mentioned?

I'm seriously not impressed by the idea of having to re-purchase either of those two stories.

It's not confirmed, so you may still have a choice yet Richard!

I'd re-purchase Claws (they've apparently made significant progress on the RSC process since they originally released it), but not Aztecs. If they came together, I'd get the set. But I'd really rather see The Green Death done better...

I'll buy anything with the Doctor Who logo on it. I moaned about Varos but I'm still going to buy it.

Nice enough... although it does look a bit like the Sixth Doctor's put together a vent' act, with Peri as a rather more aggressive Orville!!

I can't decide whether that cover is brilliant or terrible.

Do you know Dave I think that pretty much sums up my feelings too.

In my case I think it's the choice to put birdlike Peri rather than topless Jason Connery that's causing me to question it.

It looks to me like the Doctor is about to hurl Peri as far as he possibly can. 'The fledgling flies the coop?'
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

Oh it's on its way apparently. For some reason I wasn't expecting this one just yet.
