A lime, a chilli and a leek. Who knows what I will be cooking up tonight. Or cares.

The lime and chili suggests some kind of stir fry. The leek suggests you've got a book by Heston Blumenthal.

£450 of new floor. Why didn't we go for one of the cheaper options?

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

It was a fish chowder and it was quite delicious! A sequel is on the way, especially as I overbought on the haddock.

Because you're not allowed to take the turf from football pitches in the middle of the night!

You could have been even further off than that, and you know it!
