My brother's just sent me link to an app which lets me have free SMS on any mobile phone. Which would be great if I a) knew what he was talking about, and b) had a mobile phone...

Talking of utterly random... I've been approached by email to update my account details by the Halifax, whom I've never had dealings with.

Actually, the more I think about it ether they've confused me with Dad, who used to, or... So be warned folks!

It's not spam is it Stuart? Careful, they might steal your identity!

You can forward it to the Halifax fraud team I believe. They like to get these things. That's what I used to do when I got a phishing email from a bank I never had dealings with.

That's exactly what I was thinking. They made it so utterly transparent from the email address and the title what it was about that I was instantly suspicious - it's what I taught The Lads to do for goodness' sake! They're still left unopened since I'm on a public computer and don't want it virussed, but now Tim's given me an idea for what to do with them...

Yes I have. And please use 3 pairs of gloves & cover your hair properly so as not to leave evidence...oh, you mean the emails and not...I'll get my coat. <whistles>

Now Lloyd's are after me! These crafty so-and-sos are nothing if not persistant... Of course, I'm with Dogger Bank, and so is Tim, the persistent Dogger!

As for the blinds, all I need now is a copy of that photo and a recording saying "You are feeling sleepy..." posted to every household!

Unwrapping the cellophane from a new CD, admiring the artwork and reading the booklet. You don't get that with mp3s.
