The Internet In... 1963
Imagine if we all had the internet back in 1963... 1975... 1980?
What would we be saying? Let's start with Doctor Who's First Season.
The Season has finished. What are people saying on-line?
Over to you!

The season finale was a bit dull, they ought to have ended with a Dalek story or something. But I liked the Doctor's hat.

William Hartnell is by far my favourite Doctor
I’m being extremely clever up here and there’s no one to stand around looking impressed! What’s the point in having you all?

I'm really hoping we get to see the Voords again. They were by far the best monsters of the year.
I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

I guess if the rumours that they have to destroy the master tapes of most of this season are true, at least they will probably keep the epic historical one with all the great sets.

I wish Susan wouldn't scream so loud. I keep having to get out of my chair to turn the volume knob down!

Viewing figures have dropped to 6.4 million in the last couple of weeks (down from 10m earlier this year), and the AI has plummetted too (down to 53 from 63).
I can't see this show lasting much longer, tbh.“If my sons did not want wars, there would be none.” - Gutle Schnaper Rothschild

"Dennis Spooner is ruining Doctor Who. Why they making it funny. Doctor Who is serious scary adventures in time and space, not farce in Roman times with Nero chasing ladies round everywhere. Bring back David Whittaker. He took the show seriously."
I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

The police box is not accurate, the ones on our street are a lot larger than that. Also in that stupid "Land of the Little People" story the windows are all weird, does nobody at the BBC care at all?!!!
And another thing, why do we get different names for each episode!!!!????? It's OBVIOUS that there are separate stories, duh, but what are we supposed to call them? It can get really confusing unless there are proper names, and I think the Radio Times should really get it sorted out. When I talk to my friends we call them "The one with the caves", "The one with the Daleks", "The one with something weird going on in the TARDIS but don't really know what, bit strange, lucky it's short"... LOL!

OMG - teacher scum follow teen girl home down foggy street. ITS DISGUSTING!
Everyone still talks how gripped they were with this cliffhanger - probably the greatest in the series history. Can you imagine it today with spoilers?
Remember, just because Davros is dead doesn't mean the Dalek menace has been contained ......

Lets face it, it'd be ruined cos Radio Times would have the Daleks on the cover 3 weeks before they were aired.

Hartnell's fluffs are getting worse. Did you spot that one about "Cinders in Spain" last week.
Trouble is what can they do? They can't sack him. The Doctor *is* the show especially if the rumours about Ian and Babs leaving are true??

Ian and Barbara leaving? Oh no, I'll never watch this show again.
