Having not read the episode descriptions in the Radio Times I'm most intrigued by The Power of Three - all looks like great stuff though!

I don't know why, but I'm really looking forward to A Town Called Mercy. Maybe it's the Ben Browder effect? Much more than Dinosaurs on a Spaceship, which I feel a little underwhlemed by so far.

Well I know I am. 33 years to the day since I started watching Doctor Who, commemorated with a Dalek story, just like my first one was!

33 years - if my Maths is correct that'll be Destiny then :-) I remember watching that one. Unfortunately I'm too ancient to claim it was my first ever!

I'm just ancient enough to claim it as my first, as i started watching at the tender age of 4!

Same here, Dave. I remember some images of Pertwee but I have no idea if they were original tx or repeats (more likely).

Young? what's that then? Not that I'm jealous or anything...

Daleks aside, I can't say I feel any excitement over this series at all.

A Town Called Mercy won't be complete unless there is narration in the form of a ballad.

How could you be a NegativeNora about the man who wrote God Complex which was probably (next to Doctor's Wife) the only other episode worth watching from last season? (I'm also psyched about Browder being on Who– wish Black made a special cameo with him!)

I say Dinosaurs on a Spaceship is the weak one of the bunch.
