Our very own Sixie, aka Colin Baker, is currently in the heart of the Australian jungle as part of ITV reality show I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here! And to support the Sixth Doctor (who Colin played on TV between 1984 and 1986), we'll be offering special reductions on some of our Doctor Who titles while he faces the perils of the outback...

So far, Colin's been made a part of Team Snake Rock, consisting of MP Nadine Dorries, darts maestro Eric Bristow, Made in Chelsea's Hugo Taylor and Ashley Roberts, formerly part of US pop sensations The Pussycat Dolls. Their journey hasn't got off to a great start, missing a helicopter ride to the lap of luxury and capsizing a canoe. But we're not downhearted! We know that this is early days and have faith in Colin to succeed!

To celebrate the joy that is Sixie, we're offering two stories at £5 (download only) per day Colin has been in the jungle, and as that's two days, we're kicking off with his first two stories in the main range: Doctor Who: The Sirens of Time and Doctor Who: Whispers of Terror. The prices will be staying at £5 while Colin's in the jungle, so vote now and keep his dream of the jungle crown alive! King Colin for the win!

You can see Colin's Best Bits by clicking here.

Nice gesture, but Sirens of Time is 13 years old. It should never be more than a fiver!

I hope he manages to talk about Big Finish on air so they can get some free publicity. All it would take is someone to say "so you did two series as Dr.Who?" and then he can reveal all.

Can he not write their postcode on his back and then mention "UNIT: Dominion" at a moment of high drama to ensure it doesn't get cut?

The Jungle based bargains are up to Colin's 5th story The Holy Terror. Surely it can't be long before we reach a story Dave hasn't recently bought...

Today's treat is Project: Twilight - highly recommended if you like Jake Arnott's novel The Long Firm with maybe just a hint of Torchwood five years before RTD invented it...

Colin must be being perceived as "doing well" as the two latest offers (both reductions only applying to the download versions) are:

Dark Shadows: The House By The Sea (released March 2012)

and even more excitingly the acclaimed double CD length Companion Chronicle

Peri and the Piscon Paradox (released January 2011)

Might be worth checking your local Waterstones, as ours was selling off all their audiobooks yesterday when i popped in and had a good selection of Target ones, BFs and BBC audios for knock down prices.
