During the theft, the woman kept the neighbor distracted for 20 minutes by swimming naked in his pool.
So this woman is a '20 Minute Distraction'? Is that good or bad?
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

Is that an actual word that people actually use?

Much to my irritation, in America, yes it is. The first time I heard my father-in-law use it, I assumed that he just didn't know the word "burgled" for some reason.

But no, apparently it's a much used and accepted word, and actually the "proper" word, in America. I still don't like it.

That's an amazing mangling of the language! It's so wrong and yet kind of right!

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

Presumably it leads onto the even more wonderful word burglarization, which sounds incredibly rude

So all this time, the Diddy Men shouldn't have said marmalized - they should have said marmaladed!
