    Default City of Death novelisation

I'm sure I read online recently that Gareth Roberts was working on a novelisation of Mr Hart's all time favourite story, but I can't see anything about it on here?

    Is this common knowledge/confirmed?

He posted on twtter about it a couple of weeks back i think. It's a good move I reckon. I loved his novel of Shada and I'm certain I will adore this!

I thought I'd read it somewhere, but couldn't find confirmation. Well at least I know I didn't imagine it.

It's here! Read Chapter 1. It's predictably marvellous. Yes, absolutely.

It's not how you described it...

Well that was A Good Book. It manages to be as Douglas as it can be under the circumstances, and fills a lot of the gaps in the story, such as the origins of the mask, and how Tancredi and the count manage to have subtly different characters. Well worth reading.

I would have thought so, Shada did.

So have the 9th, 10th and 11th Doctor novels, so it would be a bit of a surprise if it didn't.

Ours is finally on the way. Very annoyed with BBC Shop. They took the pre-order, then ran out of stock. Obviously other customers were deemed more worthy of their initial stock than us!

I'll have The Lads go round, have a word with them and bring you back five copies.

How odd. I ordered mine quite late on and still got it in the release day from them.

That's what annoyed me! I complained and they gave me a discount code in compensation. The same one everyone uses every month...

Well it saves them going to the trouble of actually doing something useful.
