Default Ulitmate Doctor Who: Season 24

A new Doctor, a new script editor, new adventures freed from the shackles of continuity, season 24 felt carefree and fun after the previous few years. It proved controversial and to this day fandom is reticent to embrace it.

What's your favourite story from this season?

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

Really don't like this season, but Dragonfire's reasonable on a good day.

I voted for Time And The Rani, so nobody else had to!

It's weird, I see all the faults people throw at it. There's moments that make me cringe. But... but... I just can't get enough of it!!!

    Delta just ahead of Dragonfire.

Worst season ever! It's a hard choice between Delta and Dragonfire as the least-worst story, but I think Dragonfire wins just barely!

Actually, Dino, even all these years later I don't think I've seen a really well-argued reason WHY Time and the Rani is (allegedy) so bad. I love it too...

...but not as much (today anyway) as Paradise Towers. So I'm building high for happiness. Or rather, I'm voting for it - no actual building is involved.

Dragonfire is the best of a very very bad bunch.

Paradise Towers - it's fun. I like it despite it feels as though it was written for Colin Baker. (I have a friend who says it's his favourite Sylvester McCoy story.)

I didn't think much of it at the time, but Delta is so enjoyable!

Like Dave, Delta has grown on me over the years and it got my vote. It's so much fun, like much of this season, brash, colourful, noisy but ever so likeable!

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

TATR's the least worst, but it and Delta aren't all that bad.

To be honest (and not wishing to offend anyone) the voting shows just how bland* this season is. No one story is coming out a clear winner.

*Or consistently brilliant, depending on your POV.
