I don't think the Master would be a better president than the Donald. For all of his narcissism and megalomania, I doubt it would ever occur to Trump to kill a tenth of the American population just for fun and dramatic effect.

"Invasion of the Dinosaurs"
Professor Whitaker has invented a time machine and lives in a version of 20th Century England where any TOMTIT, Dick or Harry can get funding for exciting world-changing technology, and Britain is a global player in the space and energy races. He's ideally placed both to experiment with technofixes and get practical results, but instead hangs out with this rather nebulous millenarial conspiracy.
He's basically Professor Zaroff with better acting and even more embarrassing monsters.

Joshua & I are currently watching Capaldi from the beginning.
He pays good attention for an 18 month old.

Love in "Colony in Space" how the Master has a large array of hi-tech data storage and retrieval mechanisms in his TARDIS - also known as filing cabinets.

ROBIN HOOD: I am Robin Hood of Sherwood Forest. I steal from the rich and give to the poor. Are you rich or poor?
CLARA: Oh, poor! definately poor!
ROBIN HOOD: Here is a bag of gold.
CLARA: I'm rich, I'm rich!
ROBIN HOOD: (raises bow and arrow) I am Robin Hood of Sherwood Forest. I rob from the rich and give to the poor. Give me that bag of gold.
CLARA: ...but you just gave me that bag of gold?
ROBIN HOOD: Exactly! This way i can make one bag of gold last forever!

I have also watched Day of the Daleks (S.E) whilst at Jonno's & I'm now halfway through Time Flight...which is better for not having great hopes of a great story.

By the way, has any spinoffery attempted to answer the very earliest mystery posed by 'Doctor Who': what exactly does the schoolgirl in the corridor whisper to her friend that causes them both to break down giggling? It's the very first dialogue in 'Doctor Who' and we need to know what it is!
