The Mind Of Evil, for the first time I might add. You can't help missing Roger Delgado to this day.

Oh look it's The Isle of Wight
Just watched The Runaway Bride. The TARDIS chase scene with the taxi is one of my fave moments in Nu-Who. It's just wonderful

I'm starting to re watch Series 3 so I'll post three things (scenes, characters, dialogue etc) that I like about each story. Starting with ....
Smith & Jones
1. Anne Reid - a joy to watch in every scene, particularly when she gets her straw out!
2. "A Judoon Platoon upon the Moon"
3. The fact that the Slabs are made out of leather. "Someone's got one hell of a fetish"

2. The Carrionite flying backwards through the open window
3. One of the Carrionites looking like a cross between Ken Dodd and Kenneth Williams

Arc of Infinity! Some good design, some good ideas, but a poor story overall. I liked the Amsterdam bits.
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

Davison is great as Omega. There wasn't enough of that.

Eerily enough (or not) I've been watching that all this week. It reminded me how fresh and exciting season 19 felt at the time - and just how good yer man Mr Davison is. Even Eric Saward is unusually effusive in one of the extras, concluding that actually yes it turned out really quite averagely OK.

Gridlock likes
1. The Macra of course! Pity they've devolved.
2. The Old Rugged Cross. Ah I used to sing this when I was a good Methodist Boy in Sunday School. Brought back memories.
3. Gent in bowler hat. Things always seem better when there's a chap in a bowler

Have to disagree with the last point after just having watched The Happiness Patrol. Bowler hatted Trevor Sigma suggesting Helen A can use an alternative method of executing someone she shouldn't have? Not exactly John Steed territory!

Daleks in Manhattan likeys:-
1. Green genetically-modified gloop in the sewers. Of course you're going to smell it!
2. Dalek Sec absorbing his human prey - deliciously vile
3. The Art Deco elevator door looking suspiciously Dalek-esque

Revolution of the Daleks likeys:-
1. The way the Pig Slave rears up in front of the camera when they attack Hooverville. Didn't half make me jump!
2. The Doctor referencing Are You Being Served?
3. The Daleks still using rels for their countdowns.

Well of course he's referencing AYBS? - he would've been exposed to Mr. Humphries during his exile to Earth.
I'll rephrase that...
I must add, I'm glad that you're positive enough not to add any dislikeys!
