Yes, would hate to miss it
I’m being extremely clever up here and there’s no one to stand around looking impressed! What’s the point in having you all?

I won't be watching it live - but I will watching it later that evening.
We'll be having our evening meal around that time - as that makes sense for people - and then I'll be watching it later onAssume you're going to Win

I will watch as I always do. It's Christmas and it's Who.

No, I won't be allowed to but I will watch it in the days following. It looks awful. Trailers and teaser clips should whet your appetite for the episode, and given we've seen no monsters, nothing tense, no interesting actors and no striking visual images, all we have to look forward to is the Doctor chatting to a bloke dressed as Santa. DULL!

I watch it live with my nieces and sister, but TBH no matter how exciting it is, the overwhelming food and drink get the better of me and I nod off! So I watch it again when I'm back in London!

Yes, although I will be watching it mostly for Mr. Capaldi, who I am definitely warming to.
I'm not sure about the whole Santa Claus thing. Does a Christmas special have to be about Christmas? (rhetorical question)

It's nice to have a bit of Christmas in there, but it doesn't have to be all about Christmas I reckon. I'd rather have a Very Good Episode that was shown on Christmas Day, but you can't win them all.
I'm happy for Father Christmas to turn up though. That's a great idea.Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

They should look at Chimes of Midnight to see how a Christmas should be done.

Christmas Spirits (by Paul Clement) was a bit MR James.
They adapted Jubilee - why not Chimes of Midnight for Christmas? Something to do with the Exec Prod having to write it I guess.Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!
