Default Christopher Lee and Ron Moody have died...

Not one, but two today...the deaths of another two of our greatest actors were announced today, Christopher Lee at 93 and Ron Moody at 91.

    Christopher Lee
    Ron Moody

Two great actors who have made a great impression on generations of film fans. Christopher Lee was apparently preparing to start work on his next film, so it was nice to see that he kept going almost right till the end...he was one of those who I don't think would ever have retired. And Ron Moody, possibly the greatest Doctor we never saw. How different would our favourite series have been if he'd accepted the chance to become the 3rd Doctor?

    RIP Chris and Ron

Very sad news. Christopher Lee was not only my Dracula but was also in 2 of my favourite movie franchises, LotR & Star Wars.

    R.I.P Christopher.

An irony that Christopher was in a Bond film, since he was related by marriage to Ian Fleming.

According to Wikipedia (so it must be true!) Ron turned the part of the Doctor down, but later told Elisabeth Sladen he ended up wishing he hadn't.

Both great actors and IMHO nice people. If there's an afterlife, it'd be nice to think that Peter Cushing is now ith his wife and his great friend Christopher.

Not too far from the truth, if you've read Peter's autobiographies...

I'd still love to read or view a clip of Christopher Lee really letting rip into Doctor Who!
    R.I.P Christopher Lee.

And let's make this another thread, but how would Pertwee's era work with Ron Moody? I can see it different enough, but the same plots.
    R.I.P. Ron Moody.
