Default Top 10: Classic Series Concepts not yet revisited in the New Series

Another Top 10 now. What are your Top 10 Original Series creations/concepts which have not yet appeared in the New Series, or possibly even revisited in the Original Series? It doesn't matter whether it's a recurring character you'd like to see back, an under-used monster/alien/villain, a planet you'd like to see revisited, or just a throwaway line which would be interesting to expand upon.

What, or who, would you like to see again?

I've included the Sea Devils and Yeti on my list, although we've seen the Silurians we've yet to have a proper undersea Sea Devils story. And we've had the Great Intelligence, of course, but no Yeti...

    Anything resembling science will do...

Mike Yates getting redemption officially recognised through UNIT would be nice. Also Yeti and a better Master.

    Professor Chronotis.

The performance of Denis Carey is all three of his "Who"s are very impressive. Even in Timelash he gives the Borad android a voice and manner like cold steel and one would be surprised to learn he was almost eighty years old.

Like Christopher Gable and Peter Pratt, Denis Carey was a notable dancer at one point.
