Very telling was the dalek shell mistranslating clara, and Missy has a daughter???

Clara held her own somewhat with Missy, but yes, on some counts you’re right. If the Doctor in their usual male presentation, or a male incarnation of the Master, did to Clara half the things that Missy did, people would screech. Whereas if Clara or Missy did those things to any male character, it’s “hilarious”.
There’s a double standard in entertainment and in society, sadly. We’ve got to work to change things so all people really can be presented equally.
