No me neither Si. Number 1 does sort of sound familiar in an "of course!" way, once I find out tomorrow. Number 3 I'm almost certain I have never ever heard in my life before.... A guess it is - well, 2 (maybe 3!) guesses in fact!

Given how much it's stumped everyone else, I'll be pretty chuffed if I have recognised number 3 correctly!

Morning! Well yesterday's question was very nasty. Very nasty indeed. But not nasty enough, cos one person got all three!

    1. ROBIN'S NEST (ITV sitcom)
    2. THE FUGITIVE (American drama ..... co-starring a certain Barry Morse!)
    3. WIPEOUT (Bob Monkhouse quiz show)

Wow, whoever got all three is, frankly, a genius. Or a Time Lord. And, as regards my earlier post, I have to be honest and say that I must have actually heard number 3 several times.

    Welcome to Day 10!

Now we all love a good scream-fest cliffhanger. But can you work out which TV story this gal is screaming from? I don't need the episode number, just the story

    Wipeout? It wiped me out!

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

I knew that the third theme was a quiz show and I kept thinking Bob Monkhouse. It was then just a case of deciding on which of the many shows he did. I recognised the other two straight away.

Mediafire is still being blocked here at the office so I'll be listening to today's clip quite late tonight.

Wipeout...I'd forgotten that series ever even existed! But it explains why the theme was vaguely familiar...this must be the first time I've heard it since the late 90s!

Didn't have much problem with the other two, though

At least today's is one I could get!

Well, the start of the Theme Tune helps narrow it down

SCORE! Okay, I did miss 1 and 2, but am indeed chuffed over Wipeout.

But now irritated that today's is one of those cliffhangers I recognise, but can't quite put my finger on!

When I read the post this morning without being able to listen to the clip, I thought of three possibilities. One of those is the one I have gone with.

Quite a few of you answered Brain of Morbius for yesterday. However the correct answer was:

    THE TALONS OF WENG-CHIANG

The bit where Leela gets a bit too close to Roland .....

The three I thought of before hearing the sound clip were Zoe from The Mind Robber, Mel from Terror of the Vervoids and Leela from Talon's.

Yes, that's also a good one but it didn't occur to me at the time.

Lalla Ward at the end of Warriors' Gate pt 2 is a corker of a scream. But it wasn't this one.

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

AAGH! I probably would have gone for Talons if I hadn't overthought about it!

If it was a young Jon - I'd be worried how Dave got hold of that picture.
