Yeah, I think you might be on to something there. After finding out what they were last week (from the same eejit who spoilt Clara's death for me) my purely speculative fear is that Clara and Danny are somehow reunited and get to spend eternity in heaven together. So won't be happy if that is the case!

I wondered something along those lines myself a while back when I first saw the episode titles. It's certainly a possibility, as things stand at the moment. I agree with Duncan that the "Don't run/why do they always run?" comment could turn out to be crucial to her fate...she could easily now be in the same place as Danny Pink, seemingly dead...and where was the Doctor actually teleported to? The same place/plane of existence?

It would be much more effective though if she were simply just really killed off in this episode, as it appeared she was. Moffat tries to be too clever at times though, nothing is ever as it appears so I don't believe for a minute that we've seen the last of Clara. I thought that he'd have liked to write her departure himself...

A great episode overall, though. One of the highlights of the season...8/10

Hmm... Raven, eh? Ahh! It's obvious! It's a great big trap set by The Black Guardian!

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

A significant improvement. Quite a slight story, but nicely shot.

The 'pun' is actually crucial in the book. It's how Harry goes so awry with the floo powder; diagonally.
