Beyond Series 10 News - Bonus Exec Producer announced!

A second executive producer has been announced who will be working alongside Chris Chibnall. It's Matt Strevens, who's worked on Cucumber, Skins and An Adventure in Space and Time.

It's interesting that he's an Executive Producer. I think previously we only had the one, helped by Producers (such as Phil Collinson etc).

Will he be writing half the episodes of the season? How will Chris and Matt split the work? This might make a refreshing change from the sole Executive Producer carrying the whole weight of Doctor Who on their back.

Piers Wenger was co-exec. producer, wasn't he?

I think Moffat has mostly worked with Exec Producers too. It's basically the Julie Gardner role I think.
