I enjoyed it. Like last week, quite a basic plot really, but I'm still presuming that's deliberate so we can get used to the new line up. Some nice Doctor-y stuff, and the 'killer cloths' was a clever idea, and looked very effective.
Not totally sold on the new theme - it seems to go a bit 'weedy' when it ought to beef up, so it's more of a Glynn than a Howell reinvention for me. No doubt it'll grow on me though.
Ditto the new TARDIS which at first look felt a bit... poky. OK, impressive for the inside of a police box, but just a bit small compared to what we're used to. Also, please turn the lights on, dark and moody does not suit the Doctor at all!!

Another solid 7/10 for me, some of the dialogue's a bit clunky and I didn't find the floating rags that threatening, but I enjoyed the central mystery and the Tardis crew are a lot of fun.
I don't mind the new theme but I thought the opening credits were a bit dull, they perk up a bit towards the end but they're my least favourite out of all of the Nu-Who ones so far."RIP Henchman No.24."

I'm going to have to set a rule for myself to see it twice before reviewing it.
Sunday night I was disappointed it seemed easy and slight, got round to rewatch and love the first 17 minutes. Despite being a Gamer I have always stayed away from Call Of Cut so the joke was lost on me.
A lot better on second viewing but it has the promise that better stuff is to come.

Again it took me two goes to get through the story because it was just plain dull. A little better than the first episode but not by much. 4/10
