    This was a fairly difficult series to judge; there's only two stories that I would day that I would list as average or below.

    I agree, this was a hard season to judge. Lack of familiarity with the stories, only a cursory knowlege of some which have episodes missing up against familiarity with existing episodes which for the most part I rate among the weaker Hartnells...

    A worthy winner, and the story I thought beforehand would come out on top this season
