Wow! I'm delighted Enlightenment won as I think it's the best story of the season by some margin. However, I really expected Five Doctors to come out on top. I like Mawdryn Undead too, but it feels a much weaker season than the last one all together. Davison's era felt like the law of diminishing returns for me, with next season being the worst of the three.

I also felt that Enlightenment should win this. 5 Docs is great, but it's not really part of the Season, and I think Enlightenment is arguably the best Davison story along with Caves.
I also think Mawdryn was a good contender for best of the season. Unlike Paul I think 20 is much better than 19. I like all 3 stories of the Guardian trilogy, and I think Snakedance is better than Kinda.
In fact the only I'm really not keen on is The Kings Demons. I even think Arc of Infinity is reasonable, if not great.
I think the stories in this round went out in exactly the right order.

That was a good game! I would have been happy with any of the last three winning. Fair play to Enlightenment. May as well make the most of it before it turns into four story matches!

Those last 3 stories are pretty much interchangeable for me, I would have been happy with any one winning but didn't want to be the one making the decision!
