Default Doctor Who: Legend of the Sea Devils.

And yes we now have a date for the next installment of Jodie Whittaker.

Legend of the Sea Devils will be shown on 17/4/2022.

Really looking forward to it. First of April this Friday so it's closer than we think. Have you saw the cover of the next issue of DWM? Throwing everything at it. Even including a reprint of the Tom Baker era "Doctor Who Discovers... Pirates" children's book. (My library never got them or if they did they'd be nicked!)

    Trailer!

Far more colourful than Eve of the Daleks. More contained than Flux (which I still love).
Looks like we're in for a right old adventure.

Really should edit thread title. Suppose it's a time capsule of Jodie's run?
Strong rumour both the name and poster for the final Whittaker episode (and BBC 100th Celebration Starting Gun) will be announced this weekend.
Hasn't it been a while since we heard anything about the current Doctor? Given the current interest in next year.
Whatever thoughts I previously typed in this thread I am now seriously going to miss Jodie.
And it's apparently six weeks? A watch of Flux episode by episode once a week to count down?
Haven't posted in a while but I think Doctor Who next episode hype is going to be cranking up.
90 minutes! It's going to be an incredible watch. And probably take months to process.
Discussions don't seem to take as long.
But Summer's nearly gone. Doctor Who nearly on.

Power Of The Doctor to be broadcast on 23rd of October.

The publicity department obviously subscribing to the cutting it fine school of thought, then...

"It's only a trailer nurr" all you want. This is going to be the greatest Jodie Whittaker episode, greatest Chibnall script, and all round greatest regeneration special Doctor Who has ever pulled.
Yes, trailers cut the exposition dialogues but compare that video to The Time Of The Doctor?
So I take your "nurr" and inverse it to "rrun VT ASAP!".

I'm looking forward to it. But to say it's the best ever...I'll reserve judgement but I doubt it.

Not got links but if there's 5 star review in TV Times and Pick of the Week in The Guardian then it sounds like Power Of The Doctor is going to be incredible. I think it's going to take right through both ends of loving and hating. And across each level of emotion. One hour and 27 minutes.
Have you got all your regeneration stories lined up to see what tomorrow's episode knocks down?
Happy Power Of The Doctor Eve!

Well that was a pretty good series I thought.
Loved Flux which has grown into my favourite Jodie series.
Eve of the Daleks was needed light after Flux.
Legend of the Sea Devils seemed weakest in Series 13 and Specials.
Power of the Doctor was a really good ending. Not so much between Flux and the other Species, Power of the Doctor was like a more edited Flux.
Thanks for posting in this thread, and doesn't it seem like yesterday when it was started?
